To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, please review the following policies prior to booking.
No-call, no-show
• The full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the card you have on file.
Cancellations within 24 hours
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Late arrivals
• Arriving 10 minutes late will add on a $15 late fee.
• Arriving 15 minutes late or more will require the appointment to be canceled to remain respectful of scheduled time, and the full service cost will be charged.
New Client Policy
• All new clients are required to arrive with bare nails, as I do not work over another nail technician’s work.
Deposit
• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required and is collected through the booking site once an appointment slot is selected. The deposit will be applied toward your service total.
Guests
• To maintain a relaxed and focused environment, additional guests are not permitted during appointments.
Payment methods
• Accepted forms of payment include cash (preferred), Zelle, and card payments, with applicable tax applied to card transactions.
